Ah... today was a real eye opener. Woke up at 2. Cos I slept at 4am. Oh well. Was really bored till Marcus asked me if we wanted to go watch movie. Of course I would go... but the rest couldn't make it, so we ended up playing pool at paradiz. First match won, but after that it was a downhill slope for me, oh well. After the Macs dinner(DAMN), I took a super crowded 65 bus.
This is where the eye opening begins. When I was on the bus, I was really squashed against the poles and all bus really REALLY kanchiong people wanting to rush for seats. I mean COME ON! You are all still adults, not yet OLD. There was a group of old people standing on the bus. Refusing seats offered by a RARE RARE few. They must be laughing at us youngsters for being so retarded. Then right after that, 2 persons right in front of me, to my horror, was covering their noses with their hands and hankerchiefs. Well, with my wildest guess, I just realised that it was because we were passing by Little India. Ok I understand the meaning of that but you two do not have to make it so drastic. Wheres the racial harmony? I mean they could learn to tolerate the scent. If I was an Indian, I would really stare at them until they realise what they are doing is very insulting.
Anyway, after that when the bus went near Boon Keng, this chinese fella a little older than my dad, I think, boarded the bus. Well, along the walk way of the bus, there was this four young kids. They were blocking the lane and obviously the man wanted to pass them and go a little more to the back of the bus. Guess what he did to pass the four kids? He tried to nudge his way forward trying to let the kids know that he wanted to pass. When those 4 did not budge. OH MY GOODNESS. HE PUSHED HIS FREAKING WAY PASS THEM. What shit is this? He even went to push one of the boy aside. Can't he just say "excuse me"? Maybe he thought he was too wise and old to even say excuse me. But really, he is acting as if he was a young boy not knowing his manners. When it was my stop, he was still standing there. Right here, I needed to pass him to drop off. Well, I said "EXCUSE ME" a little louder than what I would normally say. I just he got the freaking memo.
Coming to the end of the eye opening bus ride. As I was strolling in the dark park near my place, I saw another couple lovingly embracing one another (just my luck). And to my horror, I saw the same guy I saw about a week ago making out with another girl. This time he was with another person! How can this be?
Anyways, this has been a long post. Oh well. DotA time =)! Good nite everyone!
