Okay. Siew Mai. What makes it so special.

I'm not really sure myself. I don't really like it actually. But anyways. I think this is how it came about =x

There was once this dumpling packer. He was packing and packing dumplings for the following days selling. Anyways. He reached his last dumpling skin and was left with a huge lump of meat left. He thought: "Hmm... wah so much meat and only one skin. Siao ah. Aiya nvm. Just squeeze all into the skin".

Well, some curious dude came along and asked to try the special dumpling. And out of excitement he exclaimed:" SIEW MAI AH"

Well.... heres how I think it came about. Siew mai is dumpling FAIL=)
